Refund Policy

RETURNS:

Not satisfied with your purchase? Send us an email within 30 days of purchase and we will process you a full refund.  

RETURN PROCESS:

To return an item, please email customer service at sales@lavagrip.com.

For commercial purchases over one pallet, please note that you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.

REFUNDS:

After receiving an email from you, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your email to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

EXCEPTIONS

For defective or damaged products, please contact us at the customer service number below to arrange a refund of exchange.

Please note

  • A 5% restocking fee will be charged for all returns in excess of $2,000 USD.
